I am a full time artist/printmaker living in Port William, Wigtownshire.   I use a wide variety of techniques to capture pattern, light and texture in landscape, townscape and natural history subjects, particularly birds.  I work using zinc plate, woodblocks, Perspex (for monotypes) and other materials to create intaglio and relief printing surfaces. I have been printmaking for sixteen years and became a full time artist in June 2005. I also run workshops in printmaking and batik on paper from my studio.
